Design Sprint Itinerary for Stakeholder Alignment
I created an itinerary to guide stakeholders through the design sprint, outlining expectations on a week-by-week basis.
Alignment Workshop
A pre-alignment survey was distributed to team members and stakeholders to gather insights for the upcoming workshop. Involving them early in the research phase ensures better product decisions and helps align everyone with a clear strategy before moving forward.

Optimizing the User Flow
A key pain point in the current product was the onboarding flow. To optimize it, we mapped each step and identified opportunities to streamline the process by reducing the number of steps.

Device Pairing
App store reviews frequently mentioned issues with pairing smart scales. To address this, we reviewed each step of the device pairing flow, identifying ways to simplify and improve the process.
Device Pairing Decision Tree
The app needed to support multiple scales, each with specific requirements (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 4-digit pin, QR code, etc.). To accommodate all variations and streamline the user experience, we developed a decision tree to cover every flow and eliminate unnecessary steps.
Weighing In
To boost user retention, we designed a more personalized weigh-in experience. When users weigh in with the app open, they can view their current weight, progress toward their goal, and consecutive weigh-in streak.
